Someone just earned a ticket to @bostonmarathon 2020!! @harrierandhounds athlete, Kate LaPointe just ran a 3:29, a 1min #bq with the new standards, in her VERY FIRST marathon! She hung tough through 6 laps at #cheapmarathon and paced and fueled like a pro! So insanely proud of this lady’s hard work, consistency, and grit! Stealthily drove down to PA to run The Naked Prussian 50miler. So happy that I did! @uberendurancesports puts on an amazing race in a low-frills environment ($45 fifty miler with amazing aid stations and volunteers!). I’ve had a bad string of luck with ultras lately, and this race broke the curse! 2nd female and 4th overall in 8hr54min - exactly a 50minute PR! Got to play in the woods and fields in my @topoathletic ultraventures and get a little muddy. One aid station we visited 4 times told me I won the happiest runner award. I really needed to find that joy again! So much fun today!!! #six03endurance #movebetternaturally #topoathletic #movebetterhappy #nomorecurse #ultrarunning
